The Gtermann reel (spool) has been developed and engineered with the sewer in mind and offers:
- Tall reel with cross-wound thread - this for a smooth and even pull off during machine sewing, ensuring consistency in machine sewing
- Non-cellophaned reel - allows the customer to shade match accurately
- Tie-off facility - winding the loose end of thread around the tie off facility ensures that thread is kept clean and neat in the work basket
- Removable tie off facility - should the end of the thread become "lost" in the tie off the whole end plate can be removed for retrieval
- Clear labelling - each end label indicates the shade number and bar code and has a perforated centre section ensuring that once used, the label portion containing the information remains intact
