We love Isacord polyester thread! When we first got it in, I thought I'd use it for everyday type things, because of its superior strength, bleach resistance, and mostly because it doesn't shrink like rayon! I hate it when you want to get a little puckering out, and you take the iron to it, and the rayon just shrinks up more!

I ended up using it for almost everything, including my Colour Purple Quilt, and have no problems during or after embroidery and decorative stitching.
