Over the Top Tunic (Pattern)

An easy-to-wear garment offered in two lengths - lower hip or just above the knee. Both are great over Capris, while the longer length can stand alone as a dress. Both slip on over the head and offer the choice of an adjustable back belt that can be cinched for a more fitted silhouette. A deep V-neck descends to the empire waist seam or choose to add the optional inset. May be constructed traditionally with the wide facing bands turned to the inside or with the facing bands cut from a contrasting fabric and turned to the outside to frame the neck.
