The Cut A Round
Cut perfect circles with ease. A simple slice of a quarter folded and viola! you have a perfect circle. Use a 45 mm rotary cutter with the standard and large sizes, and a 28 mm cutter with the mini Cut A Round. Instructions for cutting and framing circles are included with each tool.
