	Sadie's Quilt by Reproduction Quilts Pillar prints (large columns wrapped in floral garlands) were popular from the early 1800's until the end of the 1840's. They were used as alternating blocks, backing, pieced blocks and borders - as in this quilt. Pattern based on an actual quilt that had pillar print border.
