When to Call: You can reach the staff in our shipping department Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 2:00pm except for the holidays listed for our retail store below.

NOTE: our retail store staff will be happy to take your order by phone when our shipping department is closed, but they won't be able to help you with the status of an existing order and will ask you to leave a message for our shipping department (they'll transfer you to that extension).
