The Diva Fiber Cord Maker
The Diva Custom Cord Makers are acrylic templates that are used to make simple woven cords. It is also great fun for children from age 7 for making friendship bracelets. This is NOT the Japanese braiding technique known as "kumihimo"; it is much easier. It is as easy as 1-2-3!
From Erica: I took the proto-type of this Diva Fiber Cord Maker to a seminar and worked on it during part of the lecture. Other people around me wanted to see what I was doing, and were so excited about how easy this is, and the potential it has. There are three templates, with 1/4, 1/2, and 1" center hole diameters so you can use a wide variety of threads and yarns. Make cording for wall hangings, purses, embellishment!
