Follow the links listed below the photos to see the laces to make personalize your quilt!! The center block and the 20 surrounding blocks also make great individual projects for pillows, wallhangings, etc. Jenny used a bonding agent like Bonding Agent 007 to attach some of the lace on her quilt.



Erica worked with Judy Nowicki to create the disk Inspired Designs just for the Federation Quilt. Samples from the disk can be seen in the blocks above.

A note about the dyes: Although Jenny and Erica used tea and coffee dying for their Federation Quilts, some people still wish to dye their laces. For the Colour Purple Quilt we used a dark and medium flower color, and color for flower centers, and a dark and medium green for leaves. Dyes are thinned to give anything from soft pastels to brights. Erica's instructions for dyeing the laces will be sent with purchase of the laces and dyes.
