Quiltmakers
The Quiltmakers features seven blocks of stitchery that depict all the mice busy making a quilt. Measuring 50" x 42", you can see the fabric on its way home where it's ironed, cut, sewn & then quilted by all the mice quiltmakers. With additional blocks & border that are variations of a simple triangle block, it's fun to "dress" the mice & pick out fabrics that complement the colors.

Working Girls

Vintage Bears features a history of teddy bears stitched on sandcastle or muslin fabric, with a border that reminds us that, "The Hug of a Teddy Bear is special forever". Measuring 36" x 45", each bear block of this delightful stitchery quilt features a different bear with its maker's name, label & the bear's introduction date worked into the wall hanging nearby. Each bear block has mitered borders with strip borders completing the project. A sheet documenting each bear's characteristics & history is included for photo transfer to the back of the wall hanging. All patterns include a thread chart & use four basic stitches: Backstitch, Running Stitch, French Knot & Lazy Daisy.
