Hand Dyed Braiding Cord
Only a true artist can hand dye cord such that every color is luscious and vibrant. These are truly spectacular cords that we were fortunate to obtain. This is 1mm cord. Rayon over a cotton core. Each package is 12 yards long. Click on image larger view
Dichro Cord
This stunning cord is 80% nylon and 20% polyester. Each package holds 12 yards. While this is enough to make a 26-28" necklace, you might find that a strand or two adds just the right amount of shimmer to highlight that dichroic glass focal bead. This offers lots of design possibilities. Click on image larger view
Braiding String
This braiding cord comes in wonderful, no fade colors. Each spool is 86 yards. The string has a little sizing to it so that when it braids you can see each fold of the braid beautifully. This is an extra-heavy #18 twisted multi-filament thread. The breaking strength is approx 34 lbs. Thread diameter is less than 0.5mm. It fits easily one time through the holes in Miyuki 11/0 seed beads, and the doubled thread on a split-eye needle passes easily through Miyuki 8/0s. Click on image larger view
