The Be Merry club features a festive quilt with seasonal images and a checkerboard border. Most blocks are pieced and there is a bit of applique. There are also additional embellishments to make the quilt even more special. The Internet club will run for 6 months, beginning in January (with the last shipment being in June). The in-store club will begin in February and end in July, call the store for more information (574-233-3112).
There is a one time membership fee of $15.00, which includes a monthly email and "club member only" specials. The pattern is $24.00 (and will be sent the first month) and the total for the 6 fabric packs will be approximately $120.00. Each month's individual price will vary, depending on the amount of fabric needed for that block - the first pack will be higher priced because it will include your borders. Binding will also be included in that first pack. There will be an optional embellishment pack also available. Backing is separate.
Please join us for this beautiful project. Packs will be shipped near the end of the month, beginning in January 2010 and shipping through June. We are using the fabric line suggested by the designer, Nancy Halvorsen's I Believe and 12 Days of Christmas. There will be specials on books, patterns, tools, fabrics and more just for club members, we'll tell you about these in our monthly club e-mail newsletters.
